Straight Long 2" Timber Framing Chisel
Our Long 2-in Timber Framing Chisel with beveled edges and a straight handle has been specially developed with craftsmen’s needs in mind. This highly functional tool copes with a great scope of carpentry and woodworking tasks. For example, you can use the framing chisel for chamfering, leveling ends, and cutting curved surfaces. The super strong blade is made from hardened 52100 carbon steel, famous for its striking impact resistance, developed by intense forging.
The sturdy, ergonomic handle grants you a secure grip and a comfortable working experience. It’s made from a Ukrainian ash tree, a light wood type that offers impressive durability and water resistance. The tool’s design is perfectly balanced, so it is a pleasure to hold and use. You can easily adjust the blows of the hammer and control the chisel’s maintenance. A well-fitted leather belt sheath ensures the steel part remains sharp for a long time.
Each of our tools is made by hand and takes time to produce. It usually takes 1-2 days to manufacture, but if you have a unique order we will need 7 to 45 days to produce (depending on the complexity of the order).
Shipping to the US and EU takes between 7 and 30 days, our experience is that the average is 14 days.
For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes 4 days, as the majority of our products (90%) are stored in our U.S. warehouses. For orders shipping to other countries, including those from our warehouses in Ukraine, Canada, and Australia, delivery usually takes about 2 weeks.
