Hand-Forged Little Finnish Adze
Meet our hand-forged Small Finnish Adze, a versatile carpenter tool for sculpting, wood smoothing, carving, and general woodworking. This traditional tool is meticulously crafted from hardened, rigid 52100 steel of superior strength and hardness (HRC 57-58). The sturdy head features a razor-sharp cutting edge that retains its capacities for a long time of excessive use without the need for extra sharpening.
The sturdy, ergonomic handle is handmade from a lightweight wood species with exceptional durability and water-resistant properties — a Ukrainian ash tree. The polished handle is additionally treated with Danish oil that leaves a hard satin finish and contributes to the striking grip qualities of the wooden handle. The smartly developed design results in the tool's perfect balance and reliability.
The handle is slightly curved, which makes it more convenient to use. This authentic carpentry tool is perfectly suited for heavy use, and the high-quality materials make it undefeatable before the working challenges and rigors of everyday storage and frequent transportation. The well-fitted leather case ensures your safety when you carry the tool around your workshop and maintains it in top condition for the years to come.
