2" Beveled Timber Framing Chisel

With its thick, sturdy blade from hand-forged certified 52100 steel, you can remove large amounts of wood in a single strike. The durable, ergonomic handle is made from a Ukrainian ash tree, exceptionally strong and water-resistant timber with a hard texture. The handle is specifically crafted to withstand the demands of heavy-duty framing work, granting you strength, balance, and precision while creating potent and stable wooden structures.
Since the framing chisel is made from high-strength and wear-resistant 52100 steel, it doesn’t need sharpening for a long time. The tool has shown the most of its potential at cutting curved surfaces, leveling ends, and chamfering. The timber-framing chisel comes with a handmade leather blade guard that not only protects the razor-sharp blade from becoming dull but ensures your safety from occasional injuries during storage and transportation.
Each of our tools is made by hand and takes time to produce. It usually takes 1-2 days to manufacture, but if you have a unique order we will need 7 to 45 days to produce (depending on the complexity of the order).
Shipping to the US and EU takes between 7 and 30 days, our experience is that the average is 14 days.
For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes 4 days, as the majority of our products (90%) are stored in our U.S. warehouses. For orders shipping to other countries, including those from our warehouses in Ukraine, Canada, and Australia, delivery usually takes about 2 weeks.
