Return policy

Any store order (except for custom orders) should be canceled before it is shipped. Otherwise, you can return a shipped or delivered product only if you are willing to pay for the return shipment including the PayPal fee.

We do not refund or return finished and delivered custom products, as custom orders are individually implemented with client approvals at every stage of the work (including regular photo reports on the work done).
